Abstract

India is one of the latest users of antidumping policy in the world. However, not only do there exists some characteristics of its own in India's antidumping policy, but also in the practice of antidumping, India has become the country initiating antidumping investigations and implementing antidumping measures most frequently throughout the world, and China has become the most important target country against by India's antidumping policy. Beginning with the examination of India's antidumping systems, this paper studies India's antidumping policy and its characteristics detailedly.
