Abstract
The teacher's quality in vocational education depends on its educational character.The promotion of the teacher's quality in vocational education should have specific directions and methods.Concretely speaking,it means the promotion of vocational teacher's quality should be put among the alternation of congnition and daily study to the teacher's action.
