Clinical Observation of Jiangzhizhuyu Decoction Combined with Simvastatin on Carotid Atherosclerosis Plaque

Abstract

Objective Clinical observation on treatment of carotid atherosclerosis plaque with Jiangzhizhuyu decoction combined with Simvastatin. Methods 60 patients of carotid atherosclerotic plaque were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Treatment group take Jiangzhizhuyu decoction combined with Simvastatin for 1 month,and the control group take simvastatin for 1 month; testing the two groups before and after treatment. Results The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than control group. Conclusion Jiangzhizhuyu decoction can stabilize and resolve plaque.
