Abstract

Objective:To develop and HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Bitong Yaojiu.Methods:Analysis was carried out on a C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column eluled with,acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid buffer(20∶80)as the mobile phase with UV detection at 316 nm.Results:The linear relationship of ferulic acid was in the range of 4.072~101.8 μg/mL,the recovery was 99.31%(RSD 3.66%,n=6).Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
