Abstract
Objective To set up a method to determine the content of ferulic acid in Xinshenghua tablets.Methods HPLC was used.A Hypersil BDS-C18(5.0 mm×200 mm,5 μm)column was used for the separation with the mobile phase of methanol∶acetonitrile∶water(containing 1% of glacial acetic acid).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 313 nm.The chromatography was conducted at 30 ℃.Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.0263~0.1315 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of ferulic acid was 98.09% with RSD of 1.13%.Conclusion The method is simple,quick and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
