Abstract
Objective To develop a method for the determination of Ferulic acid in Toutongning mixture.Method HPLC method was established.The Chromatographic column was C18.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution(17∶83).The detection wavelength was 316 nm and the flow rate was l mL/min.Results The good linearity was obtained over the range of 9.8 μg/mL-98 μg/mL for ferulic acid.The average recovery was 101.0%,RSD=1.42%(n=6).Conclusion The method can be used for quantitative determination of this preparation.
