Abstract

Based on the analysis upon the teaching achievement and quality of the Financial Management Course in one university,it is concluded that the teaching team construction in China has achieved preferable results but the teaching model is still too traditional and thee overall quality is not high enough.It is proposed that colleges should attach more importance to the development of the teaching team construction with effective motivating strategies as well as supervision system.
