Successive and Creative Research of Overseas Chinese History

There are the cognitive long-standing mistaken ideas in the study of overseas Chinese at present.The researchers depend so much on ready theoretical modals and conceptions that they haven't take the overseas Chinese as a real study and have ignored the study to the overseas Chinese under the specific living environment and strategy.This paper historically reviewed the historical stories of the overseas Chinese transnational life,examined the historical relations between the oversea Chinese and their home town,and revealed the internal mechanism of social and cultural changes in their home town,at the same time in the future construction of the related subjects,pointed out that continuing with the academic traditions,systematically collecting the historical materials related with the overseas Chinese at home and abroad,establishing the historical database about the social life of the overseas Chinese and constructing a human-oriented social life history for the overseas Chinese can be gradually creative and form a new academic accumulation and subjective development.
