Abstract
In china, prolonged detention has become a serious problem. It can be attributed to many factors, which include the irrationality of detention regulations themselves. This paper reviews the rationality of 'Criminal Procedure Laws' and makes suggestions on amendment to the relevant regulations by means of comparison.
