On the Reason of High Detention Rate for Pending Case in China——Also on several issues in examination mechanism of detention necessity

High detention Rate for pending case is one of prominent problems in Chinese criminal litigation procedure,which shows the attitude of one country's criminal procedure to human right. Detention circumstance in China is still not encouraging based on recent practical survey,which resulted from several reasons on cognition and system. Examination mechanism of detention necessity written in new Criminal Procedure Law also shows several problems. So there are fewer achievements in lowering detention. Countermeasures to Chinese justice situation are found after analyzing reasons.
