Clinical significance of blood coagulation function and fibrinolytic in later-pregnant women

Abstract
Objective To test the variation of coagulation-fibrinolytic system in the later-pregnant women,prevention the thrombolysis and blooding.Methods Using STAGO automated analyzer dection PT、APTT、TT、FIB、DD in 200 later-pregnant women and 200 normal non-pregant women.Results Compared with those of control group,the level of PT、APTT、TT in the later-pregnant women were significant shorters,the level of fibrinogen(FIB)increased obviously and the levels of D-diners were significant higher.Conclusion The later-pregnant women have the hypercoagulation state,the detection of blood concretion founction and fibrinolytic system play an improntant role in the prevention complications.
