Abstract
Objective To study the changes of main indexes of blood coagulation function and D-dimers(DD) of late pregnant women. Methods Blood coagulation function indexes and DD in 122 late pregnant and 80 non-pregnant healthy women were determined by Sysmex CA-1500.Results Compared with a control group, the levels of prothrombin time(PT),partial thromboplastin time(APTT) in the late pregnant women were significantly shorter. The level of fibrinogen(FIB) increased obviously and the level of DD was significantly higher. Conclusion The various indexes of blood coagulation function in late pregnant women are different from those of non-pregnant women. It suggests that the coagulability of late pregnant women is increased.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
