The amnesty and enlistment offered by Ming dynasty to Nǚzhen minority

In the beginning of Yongle reign,the economy of Ming dynasty had been recovered and developed all roundly after more than 30 years' efforts.In the mean time,the emperor in Ming dynasty won the tribes of Nǚzhen over by all means along the banks of Tumen River,and succeeded in the scrabbling with Korea for the tribes of Nǚzhen,which laid a foundation for going on a punitive expedition for the northern Yuan regime and uniting Nǚzhen minority concentrated region.
