Abstract
The research on extraction conditions of Cordyceps Militaris mycelium polysaccharides and significance of different single factors-time,temperature and the ratio of water to sample-which affect the extraction rate of polysaccharides has been done by one-factor tests and Response Surface Methodology. The optimum extraction conditions confirmed by the regression analysis were as follows: time 2.2 h,temperature74 ℃,the ratio of water to sample30:1(mL:g) the extraction rate of polysaccharides under this condition could reach the hightest value of 5.49 %.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
