Consideration on the Physical Education Teachers' Knowledge Structure and Professional Development

Professional development of teachers is the basic problem of our teacher troop construction and the teacher educational reform,the essence of the physical education teachers' professional development is the constant optimization of the knowledge structure.Systematic physical education expertise is a necessary condition for physical education teachers' professional development,and extensive knowledge of the humanities and social sciences is a necessary and sufficient condition.Physical education teachers should focus on the integration of the two kinds of knowledge effectively used in practice and form critical reflection,continuously improve,and promote their own professional development.
