Abstract

College physical education teachers' professional development is the fundamental guarantee of improving the quality of physical education,and it is also the hot issue in the field of teacher education. Based on the knowledge and action two dimensions as well as the dynamic relationship between the both,from the knowledge base,knowledge structure and knowledge update,and sports education modernization,the level of diversification and lifelong,college sports teachers devoted to building a professional way.
