A Study on Construction of Professional Training System for Teachers of Physical Education

The importance of the development of teachers' resource is recognized internationally for educational reform and reflects the critical rules of modern education.The establishment and perfection of socialist market economy in China and the further reformation of education require placing the development of teachers in a very important position and creating favorable conditions for the development of teachers.The professional development of teachers is an important trend for the reform of teachers and education in China and will become a major topic of teachers' educational practice.Therefore,establishing a reasonable and professional training system for teachers of physical education is an important aspect of reformation in institutions of physical education.This study mainly concerns the construction of a professional training system for teachers of physical education,which includes the three phases of pre-vocational training,post-vocational training and on-the-job training,for the purpose of making contributions for a systematic study of the professional training for teachers of physical education.
