Effect observation of Xiaoyao pill and Liuwei dihuang pill treating generalized anxiety disorder

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoyao pill and Liuwei dihuang pill treating generalized anxiety disorder to provide basis and reference for clinical rational treatment. Methods 96 patients with generalized anxiety disorder diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.46 cases of the control group were treated with the western medicine,while 50 cases of observation group were treated with Xiaoyao pill and Liuwei dihuang pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,HAMA score before and after treatment,and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.00%) was higher than that in the control group(71.74%)(P0.05).After treatment,HAMA score of body and spirit in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P0.05).HAMA score of body and spirit of the observation group [(4.18±0.65),(4.63±0.61) points] were lower than those of the control group [(6.72±0.87),(7.04±0.76)points](P0.05).There was 1 case(2.00%)respectively with headache and drowsiness in the observation group,and there were 3 cases(6.52%) with headache and 4 cases(8.70%) in the control group,and there was no statistical difference of the incidence rate of headache and drowsiness in the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of is better Xiaoyao pill and Liuwei dihuang pill treating generalized anxiety disorder and it can effectively improve symptom of patients,and has higher security.
