Curative Observation of Using Modified Recipe of Combining Jiawei Xiaoyao Pill and Liuwei Dihuang Pill to Treat Kidney- deficiency Type Menstrual Disorders

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of combining Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder and Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the treatment of menstrual disorders kidney deficiency. Methods: Nephropenic menstruation gynecology patients admitted to our hospital in January 2012 to December 2012,50 cases were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,each group had 25 cases. The controlled group of patients treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was given Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder and Liuwei Dihuang Pill on the basis of the controlled group,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 96. 0%,the controlled group was 80. 0%,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher( P 0. 05),the difference was statistically significant;FSH patients in the observation group,LH and E2 hormone levels were significantly lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder and Liuwei Dihuang Pill has obvious efficacy to treat kidney disorders menstruation,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,regulate hormone levels,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
