Abstract
OBJECTIVE To Optimize the water extraction extraction technology of Radix Scutellaria and the other Traditional Chinese medicine in Xingting Granule.METHODS In this research,An orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the amount of water, extraction time and extraction times,in order to optimized the extract conditions, the study used the dry extract weight and the content of Baicalin as markers.RESULTS The optimized water extraction technology was that the amount of water is 8 times as much as the weight of the drugs were added, extracted 3 times, the first extracted time is 1.5 hours, the second and the third extracted time is 1 hour.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible.
