Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Biminggan granules. Methods Based on comprehensive score index of the water extraction yield, the content of AstragalosideⅣ and Ephedrine hydrochloride, investigate the influence of amount of adding water, extracting time and extracting times on extraction process by the orthogonal test. Results The best extraction process were as follows: 10 times the amount of water added and extracted 3 times, each time 60 min. Conclusion This optimized extraction process was simple, stable and can provide the basis for the development and utilization of Biminggan granule.
