The Observation of semen changes after varicoceletomy in the patients with varicocele.

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the changes in semen parameters after varicocelectomy in the patients with varicocele.Methods The sperm density,motility,A+B grade sperm percentage and abnormality in48patients were examined with computer aided semen analysis system.Results The increase of sperm density,motility and A+B grade sperm percentage increase and decrease of the abnormality were performed after the varicoceletomy .The significant difference existed(P0.05).Conclusion The varicoceletomy can improve the quality of the sperm in the patients with varicocele.[
