Abstract

Objective To investigate the relevance of serum homocysteine(Hcy) levels and cerebral infarction. Methods Statistical methods were used to comparative analysis Hcy expression levels of 67 patients with cerebral infarction patients and 32 healthy patients. Results Cerebral infarction in patients with TC,TG,HDL-C were significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05),and cerebral infarction in patients with Hcy was significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05),and cerebral infarction with high Hcy hyperlipidemia were significantly higher than the healthy control group(P 0.05).Hcy levels were increasing with the expansion of infarctions. Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction serum homocysteine levels are significantly increased, and has the closely relationship with the severity of Hcy.It is worthy of attention.
