Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between high level of homocysteine (Hcy) and cerebral infarction by summary clinical cases. Methods:Using enzymatic cycling assay to measure Hcy of 70 patients with cerebral infarction, healthy people as control,do the t test and correlation analysis. Results:The level of Hcy of cerebral infarction group is significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.001).It was a little higher in the male than in the female in the control group. Conclusion:High level of Hcy is a risk factor of cerebral infarction.Tt should be prevented and treated.
