Abstract
The extracts of Maoeryan of Gansu origin were added to human LGC-7910 strain cells in vitro, and their cytotoxic activity for human LGC-7910 strain cells were determined by flow cytometry(FCM) and the method of methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT).The results showed that the extracts of Maoeryan of Gansu origin at doses of 10.0,1.0 and 0.1 μg/mL were given to human LGC-7910 strain cells for 48 h,respectively, and the cellular growth inhibitory rates for human LGC-7910 cells were 82.4%,54.9% and 33%,respectively,the inhibiting concentration(IC_50) was 0.53 μg/mL;the apoptosis rates were 32.1%,25.6% and 16.3%,respectively.
