Abstract
Objective To establish the method for the quantification of Gliclazide in Gliclazide Tablets. Methods HPLC has been applied for the quantification of Gliclazide in Gliclazide Tablets.C18 was used as stationary phases, mobile phase consisting of Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution(adjusted to pH3.5 with phosphoric acid) and methanol(37.5∶62.5,v/v).The detection wavelength is 228nm and the flow rate is 1.1 mL/min.Column temperature was set at 30℃ and The injection volume is 20μL.Results The method was sensitive with a lower limit of quantification(LLQQ) of 0.035mg/mL,with good linearity(r≥0.9995) over the linear range of 0.035~1.750mg/mL.The regression equation is Y=22600X+203.17.Conclusion This method is great valuable in the determination of Gliclazide in Gliclazide Tablets.
