Content determination of gliclazide tablets and gliclazide tablets( II) by capillary GC

Objective To establish a capillary GC method for the determination of Gliclazide Tablets and Gliclazide Tablets( Ⅱ) . Methods A DB-624 capillary column was used with FID as detector and methanol as the solvent using n-tetradecane as the internal standard. Results The linear range of the calibration curve of Gliclazide were 0. 15 ～ 1. 5 mg/ml( r = 0. 9995) ,the average recevery was 99. 49% and 99. 61% . The relative standard deviations( n = 6) were 0. 65% and 0. 52% . Conclusion It can be used to determination the content of the Gliclazide Tablets and Gliclazide Tablets( Ⅱ) ,The method is simply,sensitive,accurate and reliable.
