The Nursing Intervention Effects of Severe Head Injury Patients with Pulmonary Infection

Objective To observe the effect of the implementation of nursing interventions for severe head injury patients with pulmonary infection.Methods Neurosurgery hospital with severe head injury suffered 76 cases of pulmonary infection as the observation objects,were randomly divided into intervention group and control group 38 cases,the control group given free care,the intervention group was given the system of nursing intervention,to compare the nursing intervention effect.Results The intervention group was significantly higher cure rate,mortality,the incidence of other complications,length of hospital stay were significantly lower or shorter than the control group,two sets of these indicators the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Severe head injury patients with pulmonary infection is given implementation,effective nursing interventions can effectively improve the therapeutic effect in clinical care in the application.
