Abstract
Objective: To study the application effect of nursing intervention for ICU patients with complications after tracheotomy. Methods: 100 cases patients between June 2011and June 2012in our hospital selected and divided into intervention group( n = 50) and control group( n = 50). The intervention group give corresponding nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing, while the con-trol group only given conventional nursing. Recording and comparing the incidence rates of airway mucosa damage, airway obstruction, lung infection and postoqerative bleeding. Results: Compared with the control group[17 cases( 34. 00%) 、8 cases( 16. 00%) 、5 cases( 10. 00%) 、4 cases( 8. 00%) ],the incidence rates of airway mucosa damage, airway obstruction, lung infection and postoperative bleeding of the intervention group[6 cases( 12. 00%) 、3 cases( 6. 00%) 、2 cases( 4. 00%) 、1 case( 2. 00%) ]reduced significantly( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can reduce effectively the incidence rates of ICU patients with complications after tracheotomy.
