Analysis of 96 cases with clinical blood transfusion adverse reactions

Objective:To review and analyze the clinical cases with blood transfusion adverse reactions,and investigate effective measure to reduce blood transfusion adverse reactions.Method:According to Clinical Blood transfusion Technology standard,blood transfusion adverse reaction declaration forms of our hospital in 2008—2009 were statistically analyzed.Result:In 19 865 cases of blood transfusion,96 cases occurred blood transfusion adverse reaction,with the rate of 0.48%,which main performance were allergic and fever reaction,including 57 cases(59.38%) of allergy caused by plasma transfusion primarily,34(35.4%) of fever caused by red blood cell transfusion primarily,1(1.04%)of load overweight and 4(4.2%) of other reactions.Conclusion:The improvement of science reasonably transfusion and application of blood new technique and new method would be helpful to reduce the occurrence of blood transfusion adverse reactions.
