Abstract
Objective To explore effect of health promotion and health education intervention in middle-aged and elderly sub healthy patients in the community. Methods In December 2010 in Tonghe Community of Guangzhou City, 88 cases middle-aged and elderly sub healthy patients were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. They were given comprehensive intervention measures of hospital level + community level + family level and single intervention measures and methods repestively. The effects and symptom score of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total clinical efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(93.18% vs 56.82%), with statistical significance difference(P 0.01); After intervention, the sub healthy symptom scores of subjects of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group[(4.32±0.63) score vs(10.23±3.10) score], with statistical significance difference(P 0.01). Conclusion Compared with single intervention measures, the hospital, community and family joint intervention measures and methods can effectively improve community middle-aged and elderly sub healthy state, which is the ideal choice for practice.
