Determination of astragaloside in Yiqiweixue granules by TLC-scanning.

Abstract

Objective:To establish a TLC-scanning method for determination of astragaloside in Yiqiweixue granules.Methods:Dual wavelength TLC-scanning was used to detect the concentration of astragaloside in the tested Yiqiweixue granules.Results:A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 0.255 to 4.590 μg of astragaloside(r= 0.998 1),the average recovery was 98.64% and the RSD was 2.28%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reliable,and can be used for determination of astragaloside in Yiqiweixue granules.
