Consideration of way of Transfering the Surplus Rural Labor

Abstract
The rural transfer of surplus labors of our country is a great subject demanding prompt solution in the present economic evolution. The appearance of a large number of surplus labors of countryside of our country has its deep historical reason and realistic problem. Through promoting the development of scale of the city with the countryside and agricultural own development to solve the problem of transferint surplus rural labors of our country is to agree with national conditions, practical and effective.
