Urbanization—Option for the Transfer of Surplus Rural Labor

Urbanization is one of the options for the transfer of rural surplus labors.Realizing urbanization and having rural surplus labors transferred will provide wide markets and drive for the prosperity of economy.Urbanitation could optimize urban and rural economy structure, increase income of farmers, add opportunities of employment,promote sound develppment of national economy and harmonize social development. To solve the surplus rural labors, strategic status for urbanization must be established in rural economy and social development,in the meanwhile some measures to build small towns must be taken and strengthened.
