Abstract

Using tender stem as explant, tissue culture and factory proliferation of Anoectochilus formosanu had been studied. The results indicated that the optimum medium for multiplication of cluster buds was MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.2 mg·L-1;and the medium for rooting was 1/2MS + 6-BA 0.1 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1. The transplanting of young plants produced from in-vitro culture has also been studied. The results showed that the optimum culture medium is 2 Humus + 1 vermiculite and Spray 1/4 MS once every 5 d, Spray 1 000 times the amino acid once every 15 d.
