Abstract
The techniques multiplication qrapee Muscari botryoides in vitro were studied with the different induction,Multiplication and rooting culture media.The results showed that the best culture medium for scale adventitious buds induction was MS+6-BA 1.0~1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2~0.4 mg/L;the best culture medium for adventitious buds multiplication was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;the best culture medium for rooting was 1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L and the best tame and transplanting soil medium for plantlets was vermiculite.And the transplanting survival rate of plantlets was 90%.
