Abstract

Objective To enhance the auditing quality of the prescriptions and improve the level of clinical application of drugs,investigate the quality of outpatient prescriptions in the hospital.Methods A total of 4730 prescriptions were randomly selected from outpatient department in 2010-10~2011-03.The rationality of the prescriptions was statistical analyzed and verified.Results In 4 730 prescriptions,unreasonable prescriptions were 1112 pieces,accounting for 23.51% of the total prescription.Among them,827 pieces were non-canonical prescriptions,355 pieces were unqualified prescriptions.Conclusion The phenomenon of unreasonable drug application exists to different degree in the outpatient department of the hospital.To ensure the rationality,safety,availability and economy of clinical drug application,the doctors should pay attention to the learning of prescription,and the pharmacists should energize the auditing of prescription.
