Abstract

Objective To conduct the prescription comment and the drug use analysis of our hospital outpatient department to promote rational drug use. Methods 9000 prescriptions were extracted in our hospital outpatient department from January 2013 to June 2013 and performed the retrospective analysis and the quantitative evaluation on relevant indicators. Results Among 9000 prescriptions,8599 pieces of qualified prescriptions took up 95. 54% of total sampling prescriptions, and the unqualified prescriptions were 401 pieces, accounting for 4. 46% of the total prescription. Conclusion The prescriptions of outpatient are essentially reasonable in our hospital but the quality is not good. It is suggested that attention should be paid to the quality of prescriptions to ensure the rationality, safety, availability and economy of clinical drug application.
