Abstract

Aim To prepare a new buccal delivery system of tinidazole.Method Using CP934P?HPMC and NaAlg as the excipients,tinidazole buccal film was prepared,and its quality control was established.Result The content of tinidazole was determined by UV spectrophotometry at the wavelenth of 317nm,the linear range was 3.90~24.40μg·ml -1 ,the average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 1.25%.Conclusion The tinidazole buccal film was good and its quality can be controlled.It is very suitable for preparation in hospital.
