Abstract
Suitable fillers were chosen to prepare tinidazole buccal tablets. Saliva tinidazole concentration of theprepared tablets in eight volunteers was determined. The results showed that the tinidazole buccal tablets using high viscos-ity hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose could keep the drug therapeutical level for 4h.
