Abstract
Objective To compare and observe the clinical efficacy between esomeprazole and omeprazole in treating reflux esophagitis. Methods 100 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from January 2012 and January 2014 were selected as the research objective and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with esomeprazole, while those in the control group patients with omeprazole. Clinical therapeutic effect of two the groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group, 96%, was superior to that of the control group, 82% in control group patients, and there were statistically significant difference between the clinical efficacies of the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis are both significant, but that of the former which is with less adverse reactions is better, therefore it's worthy of clinical spread and application.
