Clinical observation of Vinpocetine with honghua injection on the treatment of cerebral infarition

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of Vinpocetine with honghua intreating cerebral infarction,Methods 96 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group(50 cases) and control group(n=46),treated by comprehensive therapy.Treatment group and Vinpocetine 20 mg0.9%250 ml saline intravenously 1/d,honghua injection20 ml+0.9%250 ml saline intravenously 1 times/d.The control group plus danshen injection intravenous infusion with250 ml,1/d,two groups for 14 days in a course,Performed on patients before treatment,after treatment of cerebral neural function defect score,at the same time were measured before and after treatment of blood lipid,blood rheology,Results At the end of the treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group and 92% in control group,the total efficiency of 65.21%,two groups had significant difference(P 0.01),and no obvious adverse reactions were observed during the,Conclusion Vinpocetine with honghua injection in treating cerebral infarction is safe and effective.
