The Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction in the Age by Honghua Injection Combined with Dihydroergotoxine Methanesufonate

Abstract

Objective:To compare the treatment effect between Honghua injection combined with Dihydroergotoxine Methanesufonate (DM) and routine Dansheng injection on the acute cerebral infarction of the age.Methods:62 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups:the treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated by 20ml of Honghua injection combined with DM in 5% glucose 250ml/i.v.drip.The control group were treated by 20ml of Dansheng injection in 5% glucose 250ml/i.v.drip.The treatment course was 15 days.The treatment effects,the routine blood and the blood flow index were analyzed.Results:The total treatment effect rates in treatment and control group were 97% and 81%,respectively.The effect in treatment group was better than that in control group ( P 0.05).Conclusion:A better effect is obtained when Honghua injection is combined with DM to treat acute cerebral infarction of the age.
