Clinical observation on acute cerebral infarction treated by Vinpocetine injection combined with Edaravone

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acute cerebral infarction treated by Vinpocetine injection combined with Edaravone.Methods:70patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.Both groups were carried out the conventional treatment.20 mg Vinpocetine injection was intravenous drip,add250 ml physiological sodium chloride solution 1time/d.in both groups.On this basis,treatment group was given 30 mg Edaravone injection in add in 250 ml of physiological sodium chloride solution,intravenous drip,2times/d,both set to 14 dfor a course of treatment.The lack of nerve function score was used to assess the curative effect.Results:The total effectiveness of treatment group was 88.57%,better than that of the control group 62.86%(P0.01),without any adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Vinpocetine injection combined with Edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective.
