Ureaplasma urealyticum infection test and drug resistance analysis in female infertility

Objective To study Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection causing female infertility and the drug sensitive situation.Methods To examine 235 cases of female infertility.Cervix of uterus mucus was collected for UU culture and drug sensitivity test.Results In 235 specimens,157 examples were infected by UU with the positive rate of 66.81%.The sensitivity of UU to 12 kinds of antibiotics was in turn 84.71% to doxycycline,80.89% to azithromycin,77.71% to clarithromycin,respectively.The resistance of UU was 87.26% to ciprofloxacin,82.80% to erythromycin and 75.80% to ofloxacin.Conclusion The infertile women in child bearing period without suffering from other infectious agents are closely correlated with UU,as dominating bacterium.Doxycycline,azithromycin,clarithromycin,acetylspiramycin,minocycline,hydrochloride and josamycin should be preferred to treat UU infection.The drug sensitive experiment,Enhances the UU infection the cure rate to has the vital significance to instructs the clinical medication and enhance the cure rate of UU infection.
