The Female Infertility Patients Reproductive Tract Ureaplasma Urealyticum(Uu) Infection and the Drug Sensitivity Analysis

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To understand the differences between the female infertility patients and healthy women reproductive tract Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) infection and the drug sensitivity. METHODS Clected the Cervix secretions of 303 infertile women and 355 healthy women in Ningbo and conducted Uu Cultivation and the 12 kinds of antibiotic susceptibility test. RESULTS The positive rate of infertility patients was 57.14%. The positive rate of healthy women was 43.94%. The most antibiotic resistance in the the two groups was obviously different. CONCLUSIONS There are some relations between Uu infection with female infertility. Josamycin is the most sensitive in healthy people, but in infertility patients doxycycline is the best one.
