Sensitivity of drug sensitivity to 111 patients ureaplasma urealyticum

Objective:To study the inflammation of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in the female genital duct and to analyze the drug sensitivities of UU in our hospital,so as to provide data for clinical reasonable use of medicine.Methods:Culture in vitro and drug sensitivity test were used in cerviced specimens from 111 female patients with genital inflammation.Results:Most of the patients infected by UU were 20～39 years old(92.79%).The result of sensitivity showed that UU was most sensitive to Josamycin(90.99%).And more sensitive to doxycycline(78.38%) and cloriphromycin(67.57%).UU was resistant to all the 12 antibiotics.Conclusion:The young women who have more sexual behaviors possesses the highest rate of UU infection.UU is resistant to many routine antibiotics.Josamycine was the most preferable for the treat ment of UU infection.
