Systemic Thinking of Special Recidivist Regulation

The Criminal Law Amendment Ⅷ expands the scope of Special recidivism,aggravates punishment of the terrorist crimes and organized crimes,but traces of the patch is obvious,lacks systemic thinking.Special recidivism should be combined with the relevant provisions of the special general and sub-provisions of criminal law.At the same time,to combine with provision 356 of criminal law,the system of special recidivism and criminal law can be mutual coordination,so that criminal law become a more complete integrated system.
