On Legislative Reformation of Our Recidivism System

Abstract
The recidivism system in our current criminal code has made better progress than the one set before.However there are some shortages on the following aspects such as applying range of recidivist,type setting of recidivist,punishment principle of recidivist and so on.Legislative reformation is needed so as to facilitate equity and justice of legislation furthest.In detail,we should enlarge the range of special recidivist properly,add corporate recidivism and establish different punishment principle aiming at different recidivist.
