Recidivist System in the Application of Unit Crime

The recidivism system,as a basic criminal law system,has been recognized by the world,and become the important content of the theory of the world.However,Chinese and foreign scholars opinions are divergent on the criminal law system of recidivism.It is difficult to form a coherent view,especially focused on the applicability of recidivism system of unit crime.The author thinks that the existing on the basis of the theory,according to my own understanding of recidivism system,a rough exposition of crimes committed by units in the system in the presence of related issues.
